June/08: Innovative Visor Holder has unique flexible seal that keeps out debris and liquids

Through some innovative design and manufacturing, Hellberg Safety has produced a truly unique product that will help to eliminate a common problem faced by many workers using helmet mounted visors! There is often a tendency for debris and liquids to fall in the gap between the hardhat brim and top of the visor. This can be an annoyance in the best case and very dangerous in the worst case when caustic chemicals are involved.

The new FLEX Visor Holder has a supple polyurethane skirt that seals this problematic gap securely, protecting the worker’s eyes and face.

All of our Visors are easily attached to the Flex Visor Holder which then can be mounted onto a hardhat either through a Hellberg Cap Mount Earmuff or with a Hellberg Attachment Post if Earmuffs are not required.
